I was at the Monterey Historic Races on both days this past weekend. Parked in the Porsche corral and I noticed that there were 2 other 968s present. Once was a Guards Red Cabrio and the other was a Coupe in what appeared to be a bit bluer metallic blue than my Midnight Blue Metallic. Was anyone from the Forum there?
I saw some awesome cars, including a 924 Carrera. Also present:, a 907, a couple of 906's, a 908, a 908 Bergspyder more 935 K3s and K4s than I have ever seen in one place and a nice collection of older Porsches including an unrestored car that had raced Le Mans in 1955 and a 1951 Coupe, a 356 Carrera, a Porsche Abarth, an RS-60 and a pair of RS-61s.
The final race on sunday was a knockdown dragout IMSA race with all of the 935's going up against a triplet of Dekon Monzas, a couple of Corvettes, an absolutely over the top Ferrari 512 Berlinetta Boxer Le Mans. They also ran 4 normally aspirated 1974 RSR's in this group.

That was indeed, my car. I was sitting at a corner table with a friend who came down with me. I was wearing a white Porsche ball cap, but removed it when I came into the restaurant. I was wearing a white T-shirt with a 910 Bergspyder on the back.

Perhaps what we need here is for a forum member with a creative bent to come up with a really nice shirt design with a 968 image on the back that can't be missed. Sorry we missed you. Perhaps some of the forum members are interested in attending the ALMS in October as group. I know tha there will be a Porsche Corral set up.
