Enjoyed the video.

Weird how at certain speed the wheels look like "spinners".

At the end I smiled, because just like me, you searched for a parking spot at the END of the row, so you can park as FAR over as possible to where there is NO car, to avoid the door dings from the other side... We could start a whole new thread on Parking my 968...

Interesting exhaust note...... Curious as to what kind of exhaust system are you running? Yours sounds much throatier than mine. I have been thinking of installing a perfrormance cat back into my system.

Wheels look like spinners from the frame rate of the GoPro. If the wheel is standing still then he's rotating his wheel at the frame rate. I found it interesting that the 2 California stops, one illegal lane change and, I'm sure, a speed infraction or 2 are on film . Format before the officer gets to the window

Thanks for sharing. I was hoping that the GoPro would solve some of the wind noise problem - cause it does in the commercials. Alas, no magic. Does the camera include a jack for an external mic?

Just bought my son a Contour ROAM for X-mas so I am waiting to see what kind of car antics he gets up to in the spring ;he has mention in the past that he wished he could record club drives. He will have his first autocross in May as well so I'm sure we have it attached to the car for that!

FYI if anyone wonders why "no go on the Go Pro" it was because the ROAM is waterproof to 1M and has a wider field of view that it's comparable GoPro. It also has a less cumbersome interface (you can start/stop it with gloves on) and you don't need the outer casing that the GoPro needs for moisture protection. He is a Marine/Environmental Biologist so I knew it was going to get wet at some point.

The GoPro is a great purchase. Quality video in tight little package .

The recently released Go Pro HD Hero 2 does have a microphone jack, the original does not. I have both, let me know if you have any more questions Wind is a real problem for both, but I've picked up a (simple) stereo mic for the HD2, but still have to do some testing with placing it out of wind.

Here's me having some fun (/breaking some laws) while visiting a friend in Finland, shot with the original GoPro HD:
