Not that bad of a price for the miles on the car. It appears to be a early 94. I can look at it for anyone interested.

That's a great price for 23K miles. Rust maybe? Or has the market crashed that badly?

I'm not sure the ad is legit. It says the interior is black, but it's clearly cashmere.
