Hello all,

I am looking for a replacement seat for my 94 Cab. I need a eight way passenger side power seat in cashmere if possible but will consider any color. The seat back cable and tilting mechanism broke and dealer wants arm, leg, one eye and a kidney.

Hope there is something out there I can use.

The good news here, if I'm not mistaken, is that you can also search for good 993 seats. Might be helpful to you an open up some options.

Been thinking about seats a bit. Seems like a trade could be had from RH to LH enthusiasts in need. In the States we have a plethora of perfect right side seats, and I would expect that in the UK there area loads of near flawless left side seats. Perhaps a strip, ship, and swap meet might make sense.



Just an idle thought on a Monday afternoon...

thanks for the suggestion. I had a 993 before but cant remember if the seats were the same design...I will do more research. Any pics of 993 seats handy out there?



As far as the UK seat swap suggestion, do I have to register with the UK forum to get the word out?
