Lemon Yellow 968
#1

So I'm detailing this yellow 968, which is cool as I had to sell my own 968.(I miss that guards red beauty)

Anyways, it's a car that was specially ordered with the color Lemon Yellow. I've tried googling it but can't seem to even find a picture of any other 968 with that color.

Flash, do you know if this might be the only one in the world with that? I know it's rare but it would be fun to know how rare.

' Ya know, everytime I keep looking at photos of a shiny 968 , my thought is : how are these cars not going for ( AT LEAST ) $ 100 K ? But that topic has entire threads dedicated specifically to the reasons of our cars market value, so I don't want to re-start a discussion here, it was just the thought that came to mind looking at how stunning this car's lines are, well showcased by that bright yellow color..

What is the paint code? There is one color-to-sample 968 in the US that is painted L13K which I've found referred to as Summer Yellow, Sunflower Yellow, and Lemongelb.

Yikes, the matching color wheels are blinding, LOL. To each his own I guess, and I know that was " a thing " with the CS, but I'm not a fan of that look at all .

A few years back there was a yellow CS for sale in Vancouver for $30K (it had NO script).

I looked at it and was very tempted to buy it (we can legally register a CS here due to age and low production numbers).

With a few grand knocked off the price,  I think it would have been an "investment"...

Let me know if you find another one, and I will let you borrow it for a few years until it is old enough to legally import here Smile
