Finally fixed my "pinging" and my "vibration". Pinging was bad plug wires, bought new ones at Paragon. Problem gone. Vibration was bad exhaust hangers allowing exhaust to touch body.



Went out today and bought a 1992 968 Cab tiptronic, 33,500 km, one owner, showroom condition. Could post pics if I knew how (might have figures it out if this pic appears).

I saw that car for sale in Canada and was absolutely "blown away" by the color and condition.



If I'm not mistaken, it's Cobalt Blue inside and out. What a fantastic and rare color combo.

I was getting around to seeing what was involved in bringing a Canadian car to California, but never got it done. My loss!!!



However, I am thrilled to see the car here, knowing it went to a wonderful 968er home.

Thanks, Porsche, for the kind words. I haven't seen it yet myself - they are storing it for me until April. I haven't a garage and a 1400 km drive from Toronto to Nova Scotia in winter isn't appealing.
