I've tasted several of these and there all well made wines, most of the US labels are mass produced wines that have no aging potential to speak of and that is OK because Americans, as rule don't age wine. The Spanish wines listed are probably not mass produced. The Spanish and Portuguese economies are in such poor shape that their wines have become very inexpensive in the US market, so you get a higher quality bottles for about the same price as a mass produced fine from the US. Most Italian IGTs are produce in large quantities as well.

I would recommend the South African wines. For the most part they are well made, the price advantage lies in the exchange rate between the dollar/Rand. Mulderbosch is particularly good.

For those of you looking for an inexpensive and very good bottle of wine I humbly recommend our 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon. We were awarded Best in Class at the 2016 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition this month. In fact there were several Livermore Valley Wines that won their respective classes.
