The cold seems to be messing with my ignition switch. I can't turn the key without fiddling with it a few times. Before I shoot some graphite or WD40 in the keyhole I thought I would ask for opinions...

Use the liquid graphite made for locks. You can get a spray can with a straw or a can of liquid. If you get the liquid, just put a few drops on your key and stick it in there, then work it around a bit. It really doesn't take much.
