great watches ! the original models were made by IWC, the recent ones by Eterna I believe.. I had one of each, kept the chrono, traded in the basic one. in any event, both are top notch makers so whoever buys Larry's watch ends up with an extraordinary time piece, not just a P-logo on a run of the mill watch.
BTW, no association with Larry, other than the forums <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/rolleyes.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> , but just a watch afficionado / proud owner of a few nice pieces.. a couple of which nearly equal the 968 in $ value ( at today's plunging market price of these cars, that is <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/mad.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> ), not that any compare to the thrill per dollar, smiles per minute, and similar joy of owning it categories as this car gives you..
