I haven't picked up my 968 yet (leave mannana mannana) and am driving back with it from the east coast. Have never had a 968 before but have had everything from '89 and before at least once and some a couple of times. Read up on them and a 968 sounds perfect for me. Soooo, we shall se.

Driving cross country will be a great adventure. If nothing else, you should probably pull the shroud and check condition of thew T-Belt and BS Belt...it would be a very expensive drive if those are not in good condition.

Hopefully you will have a laptop and maybe yu could post a travelog so we can track your progress. There are plenty of members across the country, if you need a hand or a suggestion don't hesitate to post.

Your return to California is perfectly timed with Flash's Detail Day, I'm sure you will accumulate a bit of road grime after such a distance.
