Hello from Idaho
#1

I am in Boise Idaho and have a 92 968 of my brother-in-laws. It is fun sometimes but a bit frustrating. Hope I can gain some more knowledge.

Deferred maintenance can cause a lot of headaches. Start with belts and work your way out. Balance shaft and timing belt failures are $$$$$$, failure is a function of time, no matter how few miles (the more paranoid among us would say 3 years).never more than 5.

Lots of information and help here,

Jay

Fun to drive, but yes I agree that they can be a little frustrating to work on (sometimes special tools, special procedures, tight places - - special prices for parts $$$$ too Smile ) at times...
