Hi looking for a 968
#21

There are 22 currently for sale on autotrader (although 15 of them are cabs), including several that look pretty nice from the descriptions. This one in particular is one I'd be hopping on a plane for if I was in the market (but then, I'm a sucker for red):

Hmmm... I thought I've successfully posted links to external web sites on this forum before. Not sure what I did wrong here...

I think we're starting to stray off topic, but.. IIRC, URLs are not allowed in the Introduction Forum. In other forum areas they are fine.

Edit: To be more specific, any links are not allowed, internal or external. At least not automatic links. You can still post the URL, it just won't create the link. To access, copy & paste in the location bar of the browser.

this is a place to say "hi". it is not for long conversations.

I second the movement...

Lots of good advice for sure. I haven't spent as much as Flash said, but I have done a significant amount of preventative maintenance that would have cost a bundle at the shop. My car isn't perfect, but those who have seen it will vouch for the excellent condition of it.

For a car with a decent amount of miles count on doing belts, rollers, waterpump, vario-cam pads, cam chains, DME relay, spark plugs, and fixing a few little things. I did caster blocks, shocks, sway bars and bushings, the fire wall brace, resealed the hatch and covered the area with black vinyl as it was starting to delaminate (didn't want it to continue)... The list continues, but I purchased for around 10k and have around 15k and 15k miles into my 93. It's a beautiful thing to drive this car daily.
