Heat and altitude

Is there a scale which shows approx. how much the power ( - / + % ) typically fluctuates in any given car with changes in 1) altitude and in 2) temperature ?

on a normally aspirated car:



for altitude, it is:

(HP X Altitude [in feet] / 1,000 X 0.03 - HP)



for temp it is:

square root of 288.15 divided by temp Kelvin, then multiplied by horsepower

that depends largely on the boost, but also on the heat.



previous result divided by (14.7 + boost / 14.7) should get you pretty close.

Oh sure, those are all the easy formulas :-) :-) . Now, how does one calculate the impact to the power from various combinations of altitude and temperature ? And once you figure out that algorithm, post it in an intersecting lines graph form please.. :-) :-) .
