If it's in the air, fuel filters are cheap and easy to replace, and if the gas has been sitting a long time, it's a wonderful time to replace that puppy.

Tires in the garage, parts on order - hope to have her by next weekend. All coming together. If nothing else needs done, I think I can have her on the road for 3K plus the cost of my tires which puts me at 3,737.00.

We will see how it goes. Keeping my fingers crossed that I don't need anything else and cleaning out the garage to make room.

Oh sure, you say that now but let's give it a few years and see if you're still that confident that we won't get $ 100k for our cars - I marked my calendar for this same month, in 2068 , to send you a PM and I also plan to post here, just to prove you wrong . :-) :-)

Balance and timing belts changed - New water pump installed - rest of work this weekend or early next week - tires alignment next week.

Could be Wednesday for my first cruise!
