Just joined the 968 Forum yesterday. I have an '86 951 (Turbo) and a mint 2001 996. Looking to acquire a 968 sometime in the future when the right one comes along.
Also looking forward to surfing the forum and learning some of the gems and nuggets gleaned by experienced 968 o' philes.

Would love to find 968 door handles an aero mirrors for the 951. They are soooooo much cooler that the stock ones!!

For personal stuff, I live in the Shenandoah Valley (Winchester, VA). Turn 60 this week, work for the FAA, married, one grandson, three grown ones. Used to fly fighters for the AF/ANG (F111/A7/A10), like Porsches, computers, digital photography, gadgets and toys in general. Have a small custom picture framing business. That's it, in a nutshell!

Second, although short notice, if you're not busy Saturday, please join us here at my place in Sterling, VA for our "East Coast Detail Day". There will be 5 968s for sure and hopefully a few others who may pop in and out throughout the day. There is a thread under News and Events for more info...if you can join us, send me a note to email at oddsandendsdetailing dot com and I'll give you my contact and location info.

Last, 968 mirrors and door handles are fairly common on eBay and can actually be purchased new, but they're pricey!

Try sunset for mirrors and handles.
They are not much more for new ones.
Used ones have very inflated prices.
