Falling asleep behind the wheel
#21

I do it all the time. In fact I carry an LL bean alarm clock in all my cars as it lies very flat about 3/8 inch thick by about 4 inches long. comes in lots of weird colors. SO I pull over set the alarm for 30 minutes and snooze off. Then I wake up all refreshed and off I go for another 10 hour drive.

I have fallen asleep at the wheel only once, many years ago. I had been up all night, and in the early morning decided to go to the beach to take some sunrise pictures of the car (not the Porsche). Driving home, I nodded off for a microsecond. Luckily I didn't hit anything, but scared the daylights out of me.

And to this day, I still recall the CD that was playing at the time; Crucify by Tori Amos.
