Dunno where to put this. But I guess chips and engine managment would fit.
Anyways, has this been done? And if so, what needed to be done to make the car run on E85?
Would it be able to work with 98 octane as well as the E85? I can get both 98 and E85, and E85 is so stupid cheap compared to 98 so I's love to be able to use it.

Not an experiment I would try in my 968...YMMV.

By that I take it no one has done it?
Hmm, what would a new engine cost? <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.png" class="smilie" alt="" />

The thing is E85 is about 40% of the price.

Gas is around 16NOK per liter and E85 is around 6-8NOK

I fill the 968 with "Entertainment/Hobby" budget instead of transportation budget, I feel better...

You're probably right, just playing with the thought.
