dream fleet survey
#21

I would keep 3 of my current cars:

968
'95 Audi S6 Avant
'93 Corrado SLC.

What I would add:

Import AMG SL 65 Black Series (Import European spec for better sport seats)
Import Audi RS2 Avant
Import Audi S2 Coupe
Import New Audi RS6 Avant Bi-Turbo V10
Audi TT RS
'74 911 Carrera RS
'89 911 3.2
'09 911 Turbo Cab PDK
'95 928 GTS 5spd
356 Carrera Speedster
Pristine '81 Scirocco S
Import Triumph TR6
'71 Mini Cooper S
Ferrari Daytona
Ferrari 360 Spyder
E30 M3
2002 Turbo
E28 M5
E24 M6
E9 3.0 CSi
And to satisfy my Japanese heritage, a fully restored factory spec AE86 Hatchback
Datsun 2000 Roadster
Import R32 Skyline GT-R V-Spec II
Import R34 Skyline GT-R Nismo Z-Tune
R35 GT-R V-Spec

If money was no object, I would take a different approach and collect as many cars as I could no matter the price tag, as long as they were the ones I wanted in my garage. In reality, some of these cars I could afford at some point in time but not all at the same time.

My everyday/rainy day beater would be my 91 Audi 200 TQ Avant.

sheesh, lucky I did not ask " if you had to drive one single car for the rest of your life, what would that be ? " seems that containing this to just three cars is tough enough... so many fun vehicles out there...

I would hang on to the 968. I upgrade our current Audi A6 Avant to the current model.

Things to add include a Porsche GT3 RS and a 1960's vintage race car, my favorites being the 4.7 liter Shelby Cobra, Porsche 904GTS, Porsche 911R, Porsche 906, 908, 910, Ferrari GTO.

Dream Fleet may be the most suitable three for this :

Here’s a dream fleet of just two cars. 18 out of the 19 which will,be produced have already been sold , sight unseen ..at $ 7 Mil , I guess there is no point seeing the car before you buy it , lol .

Dan,

Looking at the two together, one realizes just how timeless the DB4 design really is.
