Just got the certificate of authenticity for my car from Porsche Spain today with the main benefit (apart from knowing engine and gearbox serial nos etc..) was to get the options "translated". My car appears to have: 220 - Limited Slip differential, 403 - 17" wheels, 573 - Air con, 186 - "double lock seat belts"??, 288 - headlamp washers, 379 - part electric front seats, 423 - Casette holder, 441 - Pre installed car audio equipment, 465 - fog lights, 480 - 6 speed gearbox, 562 - double airbag, 605 - hight adjustment for headlights, 651 - electric windows, 655 - Electric cab roof. I guess many of those "options" must be be standard equipment..?

I also read an article in a German magazine with a pointer to this site: http://www.porsche-club-968-deutschland.de, some nice 968's on there..

Depending on the market the 968 was produced for various features would be standard or optional. Many of the items you listed above would be standard on a North American 968 such as a/c, partial electirc front seats, cassette holder, ect..

Thanks for the site link.
