I had these two classic grey door panels that were badly "sun burned"  (if you have classic grey interior you know what I mean)

 

Had upholstery shop cut seam and recover top section with new piece of vinyl, he tucked under and re sewed seam.

 

$500 for pair.  See before and after photos They are for a coupe but the only difference would be to change the top window seal for a cab where it is cut for the post (easy change)
