Anyone have any thumbs-up or thumbs-down on this shop, in Torrance? (I'm working there now so it's convenient.) Now that I've got the Ducati for commuting (saying that just sounds wrong), it's time the Porsche gets the attention she's been needing for ... well, too long. I've heard good things elsewhere, but figured I'd corroborate.

This shop is very reputable among the local PCA chapter, the owner, Mike, did a few tech sessions in the past few yrs for them. This shop was also quoted by Bruce Anderson on the most recent Excellence issue article on buying a 993. Mike is a very through and detail mechnic, did a PPI on a 993 a few yrs ago which I ended passing on the car based on his findings. I am not to sure on his shop's experiences with water cool cars, and do expect high $$ for what his shop charges.

I've heard good things about them from various people around here (Manhattan Beac) as well -- but they are said to be pricey.

A Ducati for a daily beater is just wrong! I use a Kawi for my daily, and it gets trashed quite a bit dealing with LA traffic -- too many people just not paying attention <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/sad.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />
