Code input process for CR1 or CD2

Does anyone know how you input the code in a CR1 or CD2? I have a "9" in my code and with only 6 station selection buttons I'm not sure how that works. Thanks!!!

I believe that a "0" is simply a blank. So code 0127 would be no pushing on the first (1) button, push second (2) button once, push third (3) button twice, push fourth (4) button seven times
