I have bought my new top I didn't spare the cash in choosing it. I'm going to put in on next week has anyone taken theirs off if so can you give me some advice? I will also document to help others out.

I don't know how handy you are, but if you have never done it before, plan on spending 16-20 hours on it. It is quite difficult. Most experienced shops figure it will take 10-12 hours, and they have the tools and the experience on their side. You may want to reconsider, as one mistake can be very costly.
