where's the best place to find a 968?

Title says it all. I am looking for a 95 cab with a 6-speed. Hopefully I will find one with limited slip and heated seats (we live in New England!).

Just scroll the main menu a bit further down, there is a Cars for Sale section. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Also, go to www.porsche.com and do a search for pre-owned vehicles and then narrow the search to 968's. I was there earlier and there is about 7 968's at dealers around the US.

might have to install one or both of these yourself. If you want to buy a car with these options, 968's are rare enough that you may be watiing for a while.

Good news is that aftermarket seats and LSD are very doable.

BTW - there is currently a 95 white on black cab for sale by one of our members. Look in the cars for sale section.

ether joe is on the nose. It may be hard to find a car with those narrow parameters. There is a very low mileage 95 cab on the PCA site but no LSD or heated seats.

Unfortunately there are also four ads from PCA members searching for low mileage 968 cabs. Good luck in your search.

TX. I am getting the message. I assumed limited slip was a common option.

yeah - neither heated seats nor lsd is common, especially in a cab - heated seats are really rare - i would loved heated seats - had them in the E30 and have them in the Denali - don't have them in either current convertables, where i could actually use them

the good news is that, if you're fairly handy, there is a kit you can install for heated seats that costs about $130, and as sean said, lsd is easy to install aftermarket - the GT unit costs a bit over a grand
