Hey Gang

 

Problem with getting my cab to close completely.  Under the trim panel is a piece called a catch.

 

Looks like this.

 

   

 

Mine look bent, but I cant tell if that was how they were cast or if they are bent from use.  Anyone have access to these in their car and could take a photo would be appreciated.

yours look like one is bend up the other down, or is that just an optical illusion

941 565 032 10 and 941 565 031 10 are now nearly $200 each.

 

a friend broke one on his Tahoe Blue Cab had to buy a new one no second hand ones available here

Those do look bent slightly. I wonder if you could tap on them with a hammer to flatten them back out or if the casting is too brittle? Might be worth a try if you are tempted to order a new set.
