PCAR- It only comes up when you click reply to a members specific post. Look at your post you will see a small reply button right under it. Now scroll to the bottom and you will see larger "FastReply" "AddReply" "Options" NewTopic" the fast reply will open up a box underneath the posts it does not attach quotes " "... the Add reply takes you to a new screen where you have all kinds of options. If you click the Reply button under a members post it will insert their post in quotations... Pretty cool stuff!!! Enjoy
