"Add this attachment" no longer works for me - not sure why, because I see the loading bars move and it seems as the process completes.. but nothing gets attached to the, or into the, post. Also, the "add into post" field which came right after the "add the attachment" has disappeared. ?!

guess it could be my PC then - had all systems restored post a recent crash so that could have something to do with it, although I'm able to load stuff in other places - this is the only one which gave me trouble .

Also check the size of your attachment. I can't remember the size limit, maybe 100K? I had trouble til I figured out how to compress images before posting. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/rolleyes.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

I don't think it worked. Smilies are also not working for me. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/sad.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> Ooops, I guess they're back.



And, I now see that attachments are back. As someone would say...WooHoo.

I think it's the attachment itself in my case - it's telling me I'm " not permitted to upload a file with that file extension " ( .3gp )

hmmm- no - never saw the suffix you quioted though - i've seem "mp3" and i've seen "mpg"
