Nothing against Performance Products, but I saw them in its catalog for a 993 and they were about three times the price I paid from Harvey. I have the cloisonne model for my 993 and 968. I must have gotten lucky cause when I dropped them they fit perfectly, but had I not I would have been in trouble.

You can't beat his quality, service and price.
I agree about Harvey's quality and price. If I could find a way to R&R them I would have more than one style to change with my mood. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

New sills from Harvey are now installed on my repainted cab. Also installed are new headlight and foglight protectors. Starting to look like it should. Photos will appear elsewhere.
Just joined up, I was wondering, are those sill plates still available? If so, about how much do they run and would anyone mind helping me get in touch with Harvey to order them. My car came with no sill plates whatsoever and i saw a picture of these a while back and though they looked very slick. Im excited that I just got closer to getting them.

By the way, will that windex trick work for the rear emblem?
as far as i know, he still makes them - can't remember what they cost - i didn't care - i just wanted them - there is no retail point of purchase though - you have to email him - i'm sure his email address is hiding around here somewhere
last time I spoke with harvey, they were ~$80 iirc
Yes, I too must have a set of Harvey's sill plates. I've seen a couple of different sellers on ebay but I didn't know one from another, quality wise. Glad to hear so many of you are happy customers. I would like to receive Harvey's contact info as well. Please and thanks!

As of today, Harvey is still on Ebay as sales4pnparts, although he is not currently advertising sill plates. But you can contact him through his seller name and ask.

I have used glass cleaner on many different self-stick products with good success. But be aware that it can take quite a while for the moisture to dry out and the adhesive to reach full strength. In other words don't let your rear emblem fall off before it's set.

Tom
awesome, Ill give both options a try.

Thanks!
If installing something with adhesive, after cleaning the surfaces use an adhesive promoter. 3M makes some and it makes a big difference.
Should I avoid emailing him then? Or will he "boink" anchorman instead?

Sure, those Maryland guys have hard heads.

Now I'm gonna get boinked.

Harvey is a nice guy. Go ahead and email him.

Tom
yes - he told me the same thing - he wants to keep his email off of any boards and such - email away, but do not post the address - i have removed the posts with the address in them
Tried to find him on ebay by searching sales4pnparts - no dice. I'm not an eBay officiando - any help on how to find him ?
Looks like he is alive and well.

Here they are.

Thanks Smoke.
You got it!
Just ordered a new set of sills from Harvey. I didn't realize it but I bought a rear speaker kit for my Boxster a few years back. He was great to deal with and the kit was top notch. I got the stainless sills with the black 968 logo. That should tie in nicely with the white ext./black int. I just got the windows lightly tinted and the clear bra installed so I'm ready to go now...
T-bone,

When you get them, would you please post a photo? I am interested in getting a set from Harvey, but I can't decide if I want the black 968 numbers or the crest. I am leaning towards the numbers, but I haven't seen them installed yet. I have seen the ones with crests on Anchor's cab and they look phenomenal- especially on a black car. Not sure what would look best on a speed yellow cab....

Thanks in advance.
not the best shot, but here:
