Good example of a clean 968 note the BB exhaust. I like the look of that pipe.

yeah..very nice

brings up a question:

I was wondering how you could tell B+B exhaust in pic..just from the tip??

I looked at mine...rubbed the dust off..and there was a completely polished stainless cat back exhaust that looks just like B+B pic (maybe a copy, maybe the real thing...no rust !)

I had the muffler off twice and it is not light...

Simple. The radius at the opening along with the angle of the curve and the distance that it protrudes from the rear bumper is a dead give away. Plus when you polish a B&B and capture the tip on film with the camera at a 35 degree angle the shadow being cast on the curve of the chrome is very unique.

Rhudeboy: yeah...what was I thinking...quite obvious!

Lord Galva: Maybe several reasons.... More of them? ...so more good examples....probably because auto's are not 'driven' as hard or as much....or people who buy manual trans either want fuel economy or really like the control when driving...so either way they are probably driving more.

Another thought:You can almost always find 3-4 cabs on ebay and in autotrader and such....I thought these were more rare...are they just being sold more often? Seems coupe owners hold on to their car for longer periods...

Are you sure the angle is not 37.5 deg.?

That is the only way I could capture mine.

Dealer posting. Plates give it away. And the first pic is a little weird too. I don't know too many people with ice rinks in their front yard...

not sure of angles, but here is the BB " full frontal" shot of the tip on mine .. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/rolleyes.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

and for those of you who are detail oriented, yes, I changed my plate again <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/dry.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> I alternate between this and the other one ( NVBLE9 ) which I get to " retain for future use " for a mere $ 30 year donation <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/rolleyes.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> to the DMV..

Is this your 3rd personalized plate? Very creative. At this point I guess its just for your personal satisfaction. I mean we appreciate it, but I doubt if many others will get it.

For the record I found it was a B&B by reading his ad.

thanks Cloud, wish it also had your hood ducts though.. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/cool.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

you're absoluetly right Rhude, at this point it's just for the fun of it all <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> actually the fourth pers. plate - I had " A 9 2 NV " but too many people were wondering if I'm either from or going to Nevada <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/dry.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/rolleyes.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> , so i changed the plate to NVBLE9. I keep that one on for a year, IXVI8 for the next year, then back to the old.. just for the hell of it and to give DMV employees job security I suppose <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/tongue.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> and hey, if they piss me off I might get a plate that reads DMVSUX, but in the meantime I'm just paying a little tribute to this fantastic car <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/cool.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Shift knobs are different. Buyer beware; Ebay buyer besuperware. Think he put the grey on back on when he decided to sell?

I know that sometimes I take pics after I wash when the light is right, and so maybe some of the pics are not exactly new.

good eye but thats not what alarmed me. It was the instrument cluster was for a tip as the 2 different intr shots was for a 6spd. Top down the car had a covered armrest and a stock shift lever. Top up a uncovered tray and a after market shift boot and knob. Someone asked about this already in the comment box and he stated he uploaded the intr of the wrong car. That would make for 3 different intr shots in one ad.

I like how he was trying to add the picture of the mileage of the "wrong" car. People like this make me sick!
