If your starting to see your voltage running a little low, especially when you have a large load on, like lights and A/C you may need to change your voltage regulator. Or you may just want to replace it as a PM item. Also while your there check the condition of the positive cable to the alternator the insulation has a tendency to crack and fail. The part # for the regulator if you want a higher voltage adjustable model is Transpo IB373A, it can be found for sale online if you search for it, or possibly at your local alternator shop.
I came upon this while running down a running hot condition while the car was under high electrical load. So it is something to look at if your running warm.
To change the regulator it only requires the removal of two Phillips screws, a stub Phillips seems to work best. The regulator is located at the bottom of the alternator and can be changed while it's on the car, thru the engine bay. While you have it off, run some sandpaper across the surface of the left screw hole, it also used as the ground point for the regulator.

Comparison of an old one and a new one. This came out of a 83k mile car with an alternator that was replaced at some point along the way.
