Adjusted top so latch works properly
#1

Today my wife and I adjusted the top on our `94 Cab using the threaded forks and we were successful.

The top manual was very helpful (thank you):  https://www.968forums.com/Miscfileupload/968CabTop.pdf

The latch rolling cam wasn't sitting in the well on the driver's side and could sometimes be popped out by hand unlike the passenger side which locked in with a thud.  The driver's side seems to have been made worse when we made the top manual and loosened the two 19mm bolts.  The top was replaced a few years ago by the previous owner and it had not been put down since.  We decided manual operation was best.

I did pry down a bit at the latch with the underside trim off as a final adjustment.  Removing the rear trim probably took more time than the adjustments.  Here are a few pictures of the latch and the threaded fork on the driver's side:  https://88blt.blogspot.com/p/968cabtoplatch.html
