This car has been for sale a couple of times over the last few years, it was listed on ebay for $15,000 last fall. Seem to remember the listing saying something about "servicing not being an issue since he used all genuine Porsche parts in the build". Pretty sure that line got a few jokes in an older thread somewhere.

Well he could not get $15K for it so why not jack it up to $23,900 after getting a few months older.
