Dave, I am curious what kind of gas mileage that thing gets?
Probably not much worse than my little Dakota though.

Probably better than the Dakota (i'm on my 3rd). Dodge is not known for mpg. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

The fuel mileage on my 4800 pound AWD 4.7L Dakota is slightly better at 15 - 16 city and 16 - 20 highway.
Dave's truck would make an excellent tow vehicle!

Same as mine Bruce. I guess it's only the newer Full size chevys and fords that beat my Dakota.

Congrats! Did you go diesel this time?
This is my 968, 2x4 and currently sound equipment hauler.
A friend with a F250 diesel is averaging 23 MPG and it is about twice the size of my Dakota.
