Hi Jeff. Mine too is an Iris Blue. Paint code 39N. Porsche also has an Iris Blue paint code 39V. Was this a model specific or a year paint revision? Were both color paint offer simultaneously on the 968? What years? Thanks. Angel

Zaga, are you sure that is not L39U? Although D3 is always the sales code for Iris there are the two paint codes (L39N/L39U). Some other colors are like that as well, even A1 black (L700/L741). From what I understand, it is because they changed to a water based paint formula but I'm not 100% sure about that.
