Have had a '94 968 coupe for few years (first one but have had many 951s) I bought for $2k from friend who has lots of cars and unexpectedly lost one of his storage places so needed sell quick.  He said make an offer, I said I'm really not looking and storage full myself, my offer would just insult you... I said $2k and he handed me key and went and got title. Maintained and runs well.  90k mi.s.  Metallic light blue, needs paint and all new body rubber / trim.  Interior very good.  Trying to get started on paint redo and want to source all trim before giving to painter friend for full repaint in stock / same color, thought this forum would be a good place to start on sourcing trim parts as i.e. Pelican has very limited, going to look Suncoast next...... but what a pain this forum is to get started.  I have several Porsches and had many many over the years and other brand cars and have done lots of forums for many years and never experienced one so restrictive in getting started / viewing as this one.  So ok.... I registered, waited for confirmation email, responded email, now said the obligatory "hello"... can I view the forum posts now???  Please.

lol - welcome.  i think you will find the steps worthwhile.  these steps are why we have no spammers.  it's more of a club than just a forum.  many of the members get together and many have formed friendships.  most have been here for a very long time.  personally i think it is because this site is different than the others.

Hello...try Sunset Porsche for the parts you need. It is a dealer that sells at a discount and can get most anything if its available.

Any interest in a painted fuel rail cover. I sold my 944/968 conversion a while ago.  Hopefully this link will work. It's "Summer Yellow" in color   http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-9...0-a-2.html
