NEVER EVER EVER lean on the fenders - you will very easily get ugly little goose bump dents you will then have to pay for, which require removal of the inner liners to gain access

The Bulldog is more for the remote features (lock/unlock of the doors, window express, rear hatch release, etc.) then the actual alarm.

The stock alarm on my 944 went off when somebody broke my window & opened the door. Saved my stereo equipment. I suspect the 968 has some improvements over the 944's system. Seems good enough for me.

<img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> Every 968 I've ever had came with hand indentations on the front fenders. However, I have had 100% success removing them and returning the front fenders to "as new" condition.



My dentless removal tech accesses the front fenders by simply popping out the front headlights. By doing so, you have a nice big access hole and a great "sight live" for rolling out the "dimples."

that does give you access to most of it - of course, as luck would have it, mine are right above the place where the fender liner is very close to the fender, and the last time i had to do this, it was just out of reach of the tool



oh well - thankfully they are pretty easy to remove - besides, now i get to clean and wax them again

Don't ever leave a tool on your cam cover and then try to close the hood using the drop from 16 inches method and then, when it doesn't close, don't push it down so that it does close. I now have 2 nice pimples in my hood. Doh!! Hope the Dent Wizard can get them out.
