968 front end in what color?
#1

I saw this on eBay. I thought the color was the rare amaranth violet but that is a 94.5-95 color and the seller says this is from a 93??? Do you think it is Amethyst, just really bad photos? One of the engine compartment photos kind of looks Amethyst. I sent the seller an email.

Pretty incredible...here's a front clip for $2,000, and elsewhere is an entire 1993 cabriolet with 64k miles for under $10,000. Does that say "buy it and part it"?

definitely not amethyst and probably is in fact amaranth - probably a database error

IIRC amethyst is metallic and amaranth is non-metallic. Flash is correct (as usual)

And looking at the engine bay, the car has the mounting points for the front cover. So it is unlikely to be a 94 or 95.
