Did not look like US road markings, that's why I was curious but I can't enhance the photo sufficiently to see what those green signs are all about - they're too blurred. What's a San Marino car doing in Japan, lol ??

The steering wheel of the 968 is on the wrong side for it to be Japan, as are the road signs.

Looks like southern China. They drive on the right side of the road, the sign and stickers are in chinese, then there are the tropical plants.
