Thanks for the tip on this, Brian! Looks cool - and shouldn't be too crazy hot out there in Fontucky in April.

I decided to head out yesterday. I was too late to drive my car on the track (sold out by 9:00 am) but there were a lot of great cars to check out. Three 968's on display, and three in the parking lot (including my Wimbledon Green Coupe). Three white coupes, one Amethyst/Magenta coupe, and one the same color combo as Flash's cab, Midnight Blue/Cashmere.

My car made it only as far as parking lot, so nobody around to show off the super charger and strut tower brace. Had I planned better, I could have displayed my car but spending the entire day there did not appeal to me.

Do you mean onlookers about the sc or the car in general?

it's a relatively unique car, and what ryker has done to it would really draw the onlookers. pretty sure that "hood up" would have shown a crowd around it, and not just because of the sc.

Ryker, did you "bling" that entire engine with powder coating and lettering and colored spark wires and billet oil cap and all of those other trimmings , lol ?

Flash, let's definitely do a Cars & Coffee. That would be fun. Now that you mention it, I guess it would have been interesting to talk to the onlookers.

Dan, I haven't done a bunch of bling, unless you consider a new radiator to be bling! I am considering painting the fuel rail cover. I have my list of to-do's but I think the car is really coming along.

I'll post a photo when I get back to LA next week. I headed up to Sacramento a couple days ago. Hmm, maybe I do need another 968 so that I have one to drive, and wrench on, when I'm not in LA.
