Coil could be dead.

I just had the same thing on my 944 S2. All the symptoms of a dead car, no starter, no "click", no fuel pump, battery looked low. I went through all the deep troubles, alarm box, DME relay, etc. and it was just the relay on the starter. If that relay doesn't make properly other systems are affected as well.

i would now go point to point - start with the basics - verify voltage to the pump - verify fuel coming from the pump - verify voltage to the coil - verify spark from the coil

verify the alarm works, thereby eliminating the kill feature (if it has one)

verify the alarm fuse (#12)

verify the DME relay works (G5) though i tend to think it unlikely that all four of yours are bad

verify the ignition relays are working (G2 and G14)

verify the DME fuse (#7)

is this car a tip? there could be a number of things going on there if it is
