15 second belt change?

So after talkin about belts today with a few folks, I remembered this video.

As stated in the video,

Yeah, that's pretty amazing. There's a Ferrari/Porsche mechanic in town who I took my car to for a 4-wheel alignment, and on his wall hangs a plaque for winning a contest for the fastest timing belt change on a 944. I don't remembr the time, but it's unfathomable - something like 38 minutes or thereabouts. I'll have to come up with an excuse to pay him a visit to check, because I remember having to pick my jaw up off the floor when I saw it.

i had one come off in less than that amount of time, due to not changing it at 3 years (even though it only had 20k on it) - does that count?

Eh, the thought still makes me cringe!

I don't think so...
I'm sure putting the belt back on was a little more involved and therefor to much longer.
