It's that time of year again, and planning for the Ortega Run has begun.

I am targeting Saturday Sept 11.

I want to get an early start this year, so as to beat some of the dreaded traffic. We will also be taking a bit longer break at the halfway point, and grab a cup of coffee this time.

Then it's back here for a BBQ.

I'll post more details as we get closer.

Let me know one way or another if you are coming, so I can have the shopping done.

I'm in, I need to get those elephant racing castor blocks and lower brace installed and have an alignment done, maybe that would be a good time to test out all the goodies!

Modding the sbdriving coupe? Now I've seen everything.

If there are a few SCs in this run we'll need to have a staggered start. I don't want to get run over.

cool - we should have a pretty decent turn out - enough for it to be fun, but not so many that we get clogged up - i am really looking forward to driving the bloody car - that's for sure

Hmmm, if my car gets finished up and I can drive it from the Barn to socal by the 11th, count me in! Lot of factors at play there, so don't hold your breath.

Called Pete today but I missed him. I will try him in the morning and see where the car is at in the process. I want everything perfect so I am not going to push things along. Been over 4 months already, I can miss a few events smile.gif
