Anyone want a pair of grey 968 seats with plaid cloth inserts?

They seem really dirty right down the center. Cloth also wears faster then leather. Not a good choice for a DD but they are unique.

They are rare. Only 1 North American cab with these multi-color cloth seats and 6 coupes so far. Here they are in Magenta:

The magenta one looks similar to a 944turboS Silver Rose (1987) plaid seats that was partially re-upholstered. I've seen a couple like that -- though the color would have been 'burgandy'. That grey one can probably be made similiarly using a 944 Cerebration Edition (1988) plaid seats, which were grey plaid, and re-upholstering.

rhudeboy, nothing a good cleaning cant fix. But im curious as to why you think cloth wears faster then leather? Cloth seats in all cars have always outlasted leather. The higher the grade of leather, the quicker it will wear.

Just like with the "Porsche" script seats, you could also get a version of these that cover the entire seating area, not just the inserts.

Once dried out leather will crack then rip but When properly cared for leather will last much longer then cloth as cloth will thin through use. I have leather jackets and bags that are now over 15 years old and the material seems to be just as strong. My dad has a leather chair thats well over 25 years old. I cant say that about any cotton.
