Many problems are simple settings issues.
You MUST have cookies enabled.
You must NOT be on AOL. There are known unresolvable conflicts with AOL. You must use a real browser (Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
If you are on Vista, you must have new history enabled.
If you have never posted on the site, you will not have access to much. You must first post in the Introductions section telling us where you are from and something about yourself.
