Fog is not always low to the ground, you see... so by having the lenses switched
I was just making sure I cover all bases in the event that pesky phenomenon stays at tree top level some day when I have to drive.. yeah, that's the ticket !

Secondly, re: wimping out on this trip - no excuse !

Flash & Co. - just to make sure : caravan by Ron's house at 6 am and put the horns to good use ( make sure the neighbors know whose attention you're trying to get

So we crashed the gate doin' 98
I said let them truckers roll,

looks like 4 confirmed, and maybe 5 from each end, for a total of 8 - 10
NORCAL GUYS:
8 am meet up at Leavesley Rd exit ( Shopping Outlets ) in Gilroy
Starbucks (not Peet's)
SOCAL GUYS:
for those coming from the south, rendezvous at my house for promt departure at 7:15 - contact me before friday night if you need directions
we will stop for a rendezvous to pick up those coming in from the valley at starbuck's in malibu at 3900 Cross Creek very near PCH at 7:45 - i will provide maps at that time - we will depart at 8:00
we will then proceed north up hwy 1 along a semi direct route designed to add some fun - there are no planned stops along the way
we will all then rendezvous at noon in the parking lot at:
Paso Robles Inn
1103 Spring St.
Paso Robles 93446
after a bit of gawking and jaw-jacking we will then proceed on foot to lunch over across the small park to a brand new irish pub i've heard raves about from the locals:
Crooked Kilt
1122 Pine St.
from there, we will continue on to Tobin James for the tour, departing the restaurant at about 2 and arriving about 2:15

Here's the fun route down south -- I've neven been on this road south of Pinnacles, but it looks like fun:
Phase one:
Driving Directions from 8375 Arroyo Cir, Gilroy, CA to [1-99] Peachtree Rd, King City, CA
Phase two (in two parts) this section sounds like slow-going.....:
Directions from [1-99] Peachtree Rd, King City, CA to Mckay, CA
Directions from Mckay, CA to 1103 Spring St, Paso Robles, CA
Phase two if we run low on time:
Directions from [1-99] Peachtree Rd, King City, CA to 1103 Spring St, Paso Robles, CA
<edit> Never mind... I can't get the Mapquest links to work properly....

as for the terrier, heck just have her get in line behind all the other "bitches" who bit me ( though regretfully, not the ankles

but enough of this... leave some for tomorrow after we've had a few drinks
