After Paso I may actually head south for a dinner in Sta Barbara, so I won't stick around TOO long that day.. maybe until 3 or 4..

NorCal group ( at least those who will be taking the "west" route down to Paso.. )
How about 8 am meet up at Leavesley Rd exit ( Shopping Outlets ) in Gilroy... there must be a Starbucks near by ( not eveolved enough to have a Peet's in that area), with a departure time for Paso, via the canyon run, at 8:30-ish ?
works for me.
Joe if you are in norcal at that time we can caravan down to Gilroy if you so desire

Here's the Starbucks in the Outlets: Starbucks (not Peet's). It looks like you go under the freeway and it'll be on the right-hand side. How about 8 am meet up at Leavesley Rd exit ( Shopping Outlets ) in Gilroy... there must be a Starbucks near by ( not eveolved enough to have a Peet's in that area
), with a departure time for Paso, via the canyon run, at 8:30-ish ?
If I show up from NorCal, I will only have a 968 motor -- everythingelse will be a 944....

As of now, the extended forecast indicates a DRY day..

for those coming from the south, rendezvous at my house for promt departure at 7:15 - contact me before friday night if you need directions
we will stop for a rendezvous to pick up those coming in from the valley at starbuck's in malibu at 3900 Cross Creek very near PCH at 7:45 - i will provide maps at that time - we will depart at 8:00
we will then proceed north up hwy 1 along a semi direct route designed to add some fun - there are no planned stops along the way
we will all then rendezvous at noon in the parking lot at:
Paso Robles Inn
1103 Spring St.
Paso Robles 93446
after a bit of gawking and jaw-jacking we will then proceed on foot to lunch over across the small park to a brand new irish pub i've heard raves about from the locals:
Crooked Kilt
1122 Pine St.
from there, we will continue on to Tobin James for the tour, departing the restaurant at about 2 and arriving about 2:15

All I ask ( ok, all I hope ) in return is that one of you carries the spare wheel/tire
since I'm not taking mine... just in the very unlikely event ...

My car drives in the rain, not sure if youts are planning going if it's raining. Let's see a show of hands for those of you that want to go if it's raining. I'm actually indifferent it's not as fun if it's raining but I'd still like to meet all of you.

Is it worth picking an alternate date though?
