Aahz - Does your new baby have the "Porsche" cloth seats in gray....the one at a specialty car dealer in Benicia?  If so, nice looking car! Congratulations!

Incidentally, I noticed you referred to the interior as having "Porsche" cloth seats. Are they not a manufacturer option? I was going to create a post about them as I have not seen another 968 picture with anything but leather.

I actually dig the cloth due to the way leather eventually shows its age.

The cloth seats actually have "Porsche" scripted diagonally in the material. I believe it was a delete option - no extra charge, but you had to request it from the factory. It's subtle until you get within 3 feet of the seat where it really stands out. You are right, most had leather.

Not sure of the option code, but I think it's #990. Look inside your service manual (it was in the glove box with the owner's manual) for all the option codes and post them to the board in a new thread once the car arrives. By then, someone - maybe me - will have found the link to a whole list of option codes.
