could be imperial gallons too. an imperial gallon is only about 83% of a US gallon, and if they were trying to do a backwards conversion, they may get that wrong
check out the prices on these

BOY this post is right up my alley! I have my mint coupe, 37,000 miles always maintained absolute stock for sale and just had a offer of $24,000. Should I take it or hold on? I am seeing 968's with much higher mileage and not Concours asking mid thirties and up?? . Thanks for any opinions, reason for sale I have another 968 that needs a lot of work.

Absolutely hold on....sub 50,000 miles, unmolested cars are going to see the largest price increase...even better if your car is a survivor (no paint work or restoration of any kind).
Just look at any other collectible car.

I had a '91 300ZX (#2 on the list). It was a great car that I sold at over 220K miles. Interesting to see the Ferrari Mondial (#6) finally getting some love!

Yup, that VW is one great car ! Would have liked to own one as well. You "euro" guys get all the fun cars we can't have here ; for example another of my favorites, the Ford Sierra Cosworth RS. My friend in England had one of them about 20 years ago, and as if it wasn't good enough in stock form ( I thought it was just fine..) he had a tuner company slap a twin turbo on it. That 2.9 L engine IIRC, produced about 300 HP after the turbo fit. All I know I that know is that we drove from London to Kent in about 4 minutes . Ok, it just felt like 4 minutes, but man what a blast !
