I plan to write a diary type piece of my journey to and from the event and possibly submit it to the local PCA mag. A write-up in one of the above mentioned mags is a great idea!

Langley's idea of submitting an article to his local pca mag is a great idea. Could you imagine if numerous local pcamags covered this pca unsponsored event? Great publicity for our international forum.

as therapy for the tendons in my right hand, i picked up a takamine EG530SC. i haven't played in years, and won't be playing at this event, but i might have the extra room in the car to drag it along if there were somebody who wanted to play. i'll check that out when i do a test load, after i figure out what other junk i need to drag along.

So the wife has booked the Spa. Now, the hard questions that I can never answer, she wants to know what Ayn (sp?) says is the dress code for the event. Sheesh, it's California. I saw the ads. It a T-Shirt, sandals and a button of Betty White on your lapel right? That's how we roll.....

Yup, it is indeed ( and sadly from an attire perspective ) California . No dress code whatsoever.

Wait, this is the last event, so.. black tie for gentlemen, cocktail dresses for ladies. Yeah, that's the ticket
