What will be the schedule of events? I want to come from upstate NY (Albany area) but will need to be back Sunday evening for a rehearsal (professional musician).

The fun run will begin about 10:30 AM and will run about 1 /12 hours until fininshing up at Tyler State Park for a picnic. We have reserved the park from Noon until Sunset so that those that need to leave can be on the road by 12:30 or "Locals" can stay until 8ish...
The website should be up and running this week...more details to follow.

Website still in process...had no idea it would take so long.
Rest assured the Event will happen...
We have has to change the Tech sessions to the American Legion Hall instead of Goodnoe's (They closed their conference center). Everything else shouls be as described (don't want to jinx it).

We received our very first registration form by mail today.
Finally received #2 3/17/06 (Luck of the Irish)

I'm glad Don was the first. I've deliberately not sent in the form I printed the day the site went active in the hope that the MC of the previous Hersey celebrations would have the honor he so richly deserves. Now I'll take care of my registration.
